Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Eligibility
You must be (a) at least 18 years old, (b) a resident of the Philippines with a valid government ID, (c) have legal capacity to enter contracts. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. The service
TaskPayPH connects verified Philippine members with online microtask opportunities. Tasks include social media engagement, surveys, content review, and similar online work. You complete tasks on your own time, using your own devices and authentic personal social media accounts.
3. Account and KYC
One account per person. Identity verification (KYC) is required before earning. False, forged, or altered identity documents result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to authorities.
4. Payouts
Earnings accrue as internal credits redeemable for pesos at the published conversion rate. Payouts run twice monthly (2nd and 17th) via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer through our licensed payment partner. First-time withdrawal threshold: ₱250. Standard threshold: ₱7,500.
5. Prohibited activities
You agree not to: (a) use bots, automation, or click farms; (b) operate multiple accounts; (c) engage with content prohibited by law or by target platform policies; (d) misrepresent your identity or location; (e) attempt to manipulate the earnings system. Violations result in termination and balance forfeiture.
6. Independent contractor status
You are an independent platform participant, not an employee. You are responsible for any tax filings on your earnings. We do not withhold taxes.
7. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the total earnings paid to you in the last six months, or (b) USD $500 equivalent in pesos. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, prolonged inactivity (180+ days), or compliance review. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@taskpayph.com.
9. Disputes
Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of Philippine law, conducted in English. You waive any right to class action.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app with a 7-day notice period before they take effect.
