Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you register interest on TaskPayPH, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, Philippine region, age band, primary mobile device, and basic technical data (IP address, browser, referrer). If you proceed to identity verification, additional KYC information is collected by our verification partner.
2. How we use it
We use your information to: (a) confirm your eligibility for microtask work, (b) send you the next-step email and occasional service updates, (c) process payouts via licensed payment partners, (d) comply with anti-money-laundering and KYC obligations under Philippine law, and (e) prevent fraud.
3. Data sharing
We share your data only with: (a) our payment processor (Xendit, regulated by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) to disburse payouts; (b) identity verification partners for KYC checks; (c) law enforcement under valid legal process; (d) our internal fraud-prevention systems. We never sell your personal data.
4. Your rights under Philippine Data Privacy Act
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@taskpayph.com. We respond within the statutory 15-day window.
5. Retention
Active member data is retained while your account is active and for 5 years after account closure for AML/KYC audit purposes (as required by law). Lead-form data (if you never complete signup) is automatically purged 90 days after submission.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use minimal first-party cookies for session management and Meta Pixel for advertising attribution. You can opt out of advertising tracking via your browser settings or your Facebook ad preferences.
7. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We follow industry-standard practices for incident response and breach notification.
